The screening engine
Technical evaluation is led by Chase Knox, an electrical engineer who screens every specialist personally. When we evaluate a billing architect or a 5G core engineer, the conversation is technical because the screener is — we ask about the mediation layer, the charging integration, the migration that went sideways, and we can tell when the answers are real.
That same engineer built and runs the firm's AI-driven sourcing systems — the agents that find verified builders behind inflated job titles. Chase came to telecom the long way. Before the screening calls and the sourcing agents, he competed as a professional golfer — a background that sounds unrelated until you've watched someone hold a standard under pressure, read a situation fast, and stay composed when the result is on the line. Those instincts show up in how he screens engineers and works with clients: direct, prepared, and calm when a program is on a deadline.
