Privacy Policy
Plain-language, and only what we actually do. Effective date: July 23, 2026.
Who we are
TechNet Resources, Inc. ("TechNet," "we," "us") is a women-owned technical staffing and recruiting firm based in Johns Creek, GA, United States. This policy explains how we handle information collected through tnri.net. Questions: Chase@tnri.net.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact form or the Talent Audit / Readiness Audit request, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, company, the role or need you describe, and any message. Please don't send sensitive personal information; we don't need it.
- Candidate information. If you share a résumé or professional details for placement, we collect the information you provide for the purpose of evaluating and presenting you for roles.
- Usage data. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source) to understand how the site is used. See "Analytics and cookies" below.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the staffing or consulting service you asked about.
- To evaluate and, with your understanding, present candidates to hiring clients.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To send you information you requested (e.g., an audit report). We do not add you to bulk marketing without a clear basis, and any commercial email includes an unsubscribe.
Our legal bases (where applicable, e.g., GDPR) are your consent, our legitimate interest in operating a B2B business, and steps taken at your request. We serve US clients primarily; we do not knowingly target EU consumers.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) hiring clients or candidates as needed to make an introduction you've asked for; (b) service providers who help us operate (for example, email hosting, our web host, and analytics), under obligations to protect it; and (c) authorities where required by law.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and candidate information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal or business-record obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Our standard retention period is 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing Chase@tnri.net. Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights; we'll honor applicable requests. We respond to opt-out and deletion requests promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to those who need it.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
