About Us

We are caring. We are committed. We are reliable. We are passionate. And we are fanatical about exceptional customer service. These are just a few of the qualities that best describe TechNet. But that’s only HOW we work. What we DO is solve problems.

TechNet Resources, Inc., founded in 1998, is a Certified Woman-Owned IT Consulting and Staffing business, head-quartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, with clients being serviced throughout the United States and internationally in Europe, India, and Malaysia. Since our early

days, we have operated with a Do the Right Thing philosophy. This has created solid partnerships with our customers and consultants as we play a part in their success.

With TechNet you can be assured the candidates we provide will exceed your expectations. We understand there is more to a successful placement than just job descriptions and skill sets. We go further to gain a full understanding of your business model and culture. As a result, we’re able to limit our submittals to a few precisely-matched candidates for each opening, saving you significant time and effort during the selection process. Even further, we don’t stop once the candidate is placed; we are passionate about customer service.

Ethics & Diversity

The staffing professionals at TechNet bring many years of consulting experience to our clients. With their accumulated knowledge and unequaled ethics and integrity, the TechNet staff champions “old time business values” in an era that has forgotten that “customer service is king.” We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and practice honesty, fairness and truthfulness. We believe most people want to do a good job and do what is right, and we will treat them accordingly. We believe our values and ethics will not limit our financial success but will ensure the character and strength of our company for the long term. The essence of the TechNet philosophy is simple: Do the right thing.

We all know that platitudes are cheap. We’ve all heard IT consulting firms say they’re committed to “diversity” and “tolerance” without ever getting specific, so here’s our stance on it:

We welcome everyone.

We welcome people of any gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, size, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, culture, subculture, and political opinion. We welcome activists, artists, bloggers, crafters, dilettantes, musicians, photographers, readers, writers, ordinary people, extraordinary people, and everyone in between. We welcome people who want to change the world, people who want to keep in touch with friends, people who want to create great code, and people who just need a break after work. We welcome fans, geeks, nerds, the in crowd and the out crowd.

We welcome everyone. You may wear a baby sling, hijab, a kippah, a fish, leather, piercings, a political badge, a rainbow, a rosary, tattoos, or something we can only dream of. You may carry a guitar or knitting needles or a laptop. Conservative or liberal, libertarian or apolitical we believe it’s possible for people of all viewpoints and persuasions to come together and learn from each other. We believe in the broad spectrum of human experience. We believe that amazing things come when people from different worlds and world-views approach each other to create a conversation.
